Personalization and Recommendations: We personalize event recommendations, influencer placements, and invitations based on your preferences.

Compliance and Legal Obligations: To meet legal obligations, such as verifying age for alcohol-related events, and to enforce our Terms and Conditions.

  • Data Usage: Follower/subscriber counts are used solely for tier placement, event curation, and internal analytics to improve platform offerings.
  • Privacy and Compliance: includX, LLC respects user privacy and complies with each social media platform's terms of service. We will not disclose individual follower/subscriber counts without user consent.
  • Updates to Linked Data: includX, LLC periodically updates follower/subscriber counts from linked accounts to maintain accurate and up-to-date metrics. Users can unlink their social media accounts at any time, though doing so may affect their tier placement and eligibility for certain platform features.
  • No Affiliation with Third-Party Platforms: includX, LLC is not affiliated with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or LinkedIn, and access to follower/subscriber data is subject to the terms and policies of these platforms. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms of service of any social media accounts they link to includX, LLC.
